Ok - i know what i said with version 2 - but version 3 is definately the Final Build - Differs in that I've removed the custom textures, fixed the screwed up textures and quartered the size of the file without any loss of quality (well actually some gain!) - this was down to fixing the leaks rather than just boxing them in. Thanks to Rat Instinct for his help on this. I've also removed a spawn point from what was a camping hot-spot and taken the HMG from the ledge reached by the conveyor - this was also a prime camping spot.

Conversion of classic Quake 2 deathmatch map "Tokay's Towers". This map has long been a favourite of mine and I hope I've done the original justice. The map is made up of three main arenas, interlinked in such a way as to make no place safe for campers - there's always an alternative route to the better weapons. I've gone for a sort of abandoned mine feel with the design, replacing the original metals of quake 2, with bedrock and brick. 
The weaponry spawn points have been changed, to remove the large number of grenades found in the original - as there's plenty of potential for spamming on this one. The HMG has been placed in the water, replacing the chaingun. While a lot of people would have done a straight swap for the railgun on the high ledge, I felt that this point would be used more as a camping spot and would be more inaccessible to newbies - so I've put the hmg in the water. The railgun is replaced by full leg armour (full jacket armour is next to it). The Quad in the small pool is replaced by a cooling clip, while the megahealth becomes an adrenaline power-up.
